At Brownstone Terrace, your family and friends are welcome at your discretion. Each apartment has deadbolt locks, smoke detectors and fire resistant construction. Also, there is a lighted parking area for your convenience.
Brownstone Terrace provides apartments for persons aged 62 years and older; or physically handicapped or mobility impaired.
Founded in 1820, Marion was named after the Revolutionary War General Francis Marion. In 1874, the first steam shovel was manufactured in Marion, marking the beginning of industry. Now the city is home to many varied industries and a large farming community. Brownstone Terrace is named in honor of Dr. Robert S. Brown, Mayor of Marion from January 1988 to December 1991.
