Each cottage of about 1300 square feet is built in three quads, with individual driveways and one and a half car garages, plus a fireplace in each of the single-floor units. In addition, each cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a reading room, kitchen, dinning room and living room. An optional built-in sun porch is also available. All units are handicap accessible and have an emergency call system. We are currently accepting applications for the next quad or duplex to be built.

Our skilled nursing care offers a comprehensive collection of health care services. Individualized attention is given to each resident to ensure healthful treatment and care. Our professional staff is monitored and guided by the Medical Director and the Director of Nursing. The nursing staff is on duty 24 hours a day. Personal care assistance is also provided around the clock.
Chapel Hill Community provides specialized care for persons with Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders. Our individualized living style is specifically designed to meet the needs of residents in both the initial and advanced stages of these diseases. Staff members are specially trained to provide a comfortable and therapeutic living environment, as well as activities for each resident. The family and friends of Alzheimer's residents enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe and secure.
