Fast Track Rehab is our short term rehabilitation program designed for those needing additional rehab after a hospital stay for elective surgery, illness, or injury. Apple Ridge Memory Care is a secure and structured program for those individuals dealing with Alzheimer’s Disease and related memory disorders. We also recently added our Choice Dining program, highlighted by chef-prepared meals with a buffet style dining experience.
