The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to support the organization’s commitment to creating an environment of meaning and purpose for residents, donors and team members.  A member of the President’s Council that charts and leads the overall direction of the organization, the Vice President (VP) of Advancement will report to the President & CEO and work closely with him, other senior leaders and the board of directors to foster a “culture of philanthropy” where everyone is a part of the advancement team.  He or she will build a program that opens opportunities for the organization to engage its many key stakeholders and that is fitting for an organization of United Church Homes’ history and national impact.
