Mary Casey, administrator at Four Winds Community in Jackson, Ohio, recently was nominated for the Eli Pick Leadership Award from the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA).

Only 11 percent or 1,310 communities nationwide receive the distinguished award. The award uses outcomes-driven quality measures to objectively identify high-performing skilled nursing communities and the leaders who make them excel.
