Personnel at Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, Ohio, have seen the fruits of their labors of recent years result in an important marker of distinction. Chapel Hill recently learned it had earned a 4-star rating from CMS, the government agency that rates the quality of care being delivered at skilled nursing centers across the nation. Focusing on quality, evaluating all the systems currently in place, and improving staffing ratios are all part of the plan for Debra Durbin, administrator at Chapel Hill.
