UCH Adds Two New Regional Housing Managers

UCH would like to announce the addition of two new regional housing managers, Bertha Garrett-Frazier (Bert) and Sandra West. Regional housing managers supervise a portfolio of a portion of UCH’s 57 affordable housing communities around the country. They are responsible to assure compliance, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations through the onsite managers for each property.

Bert has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from Belhaven University.

Her background includes management of Section 8 and low-income housing tax credit communities for private management companies. She was formerly director of assisted housing for the Jackson Housing Authority, and housing rehabilitation manager for the Neighborhood Enhancement Division of the City of Jackson, Miss.

Sandra West

Sandra’s background includes management of assisted living and HUD subsidized communties. Her expertise in new business development and property stabilization will be valuable to the organization. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Physiological Psychology at Smith College in Northampton, Mass. and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration from Clark University, Worcester, Mass.

Mrs. Cheryl Wickersham, vice president of Affordable Housing, warmly welcomes both new regional housing managers to her team.
