UCH Names New Annual Giving Coordinator

Cale Sandridge, Annual Giving Coordinator

MARION, Ohio – United Church Homes recently named Cale Sandridge its new annual giving coordinator.

Sandridge, a 2011 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and a 2015 graduate of Heidelberg University, first joined the Advancement Department at United Church Homes as an intern during the spring of his senior year. He later transitioned to become the organization’s communications assistant, splitting his time between the Communications and Advancement departments.

“I am excited to play a major role in UCH’s advancement efforts and ultimately help support and make a difference in the lives of the people we serve.”

“Cale’s commitment to our mission and those we serve at UCH is evident in his communications with our stakeholders,” said Gloria Hurwitz, vice president of advancement and communications at United Church Homes. “I look forward to watching him grow our culture of philanthropy in his new role leading important annual giving initiatives.”

In his new role as annual giving coordinator, Sandridge will develop content for the spring and year-end donor appeals, manage the September golf outing and run the employee giving campaign, which historically raises the largest contributions of any giving campaign for United Church Homes. In addition, Sandridge will work in donor relations.

“I am excited to play a major role in UCH’s advancement efforts and ultimately help support and make a difference in the lives of the people we serve,” Sandridge said.

Sandridge is a graduate of United Church Homes’ first LEADS program, a collaborative internal leadership program with Ohio State University at Marion Alber Enterprise Center.
