This award recognizes individuals and organizations that have either improved services to older adults through research and evaluation or have developed noteworthy partnerships with institutions of higher learning, such as universities, community colleges, and technical schools for the betterment of Ohio’s older adults.

“This award signifies the importance of our educational partnerships across Ohio. We want to help shape the next generation of people called to work with seniors,” says Rev. Kenneth Daniel, president and CEO of United Church Homes.

Ms. Debra Durbin, administrator of Chapel Hill Community, will accept this award. She has been a frequent supervisor of students in Kent State University’s healthcare administration program.
