Leadership Marion! is a program developed though the Marion Chamber of Commerce to help cultivate future leaders with a diverse group of sponsors like businesses, industries, education, healthcare, social services, and government. Through this nine-month program, they learn about the history of the Marion community, the social and economic development, and take part in active leadership roles. Each year the participants complete a community project to complete the course.
