More than 100 “rock stars” from the United Church Homes management team met in Columbus, Ohio, in July for a Leadership Summit. Attendees learned about UCH progress on its strategic initiatives, how to make our customers’ experience stand out, and training on issues to cultivate greater commitment to improve performance.

One highlight was seeing everyone in the same room, at the same time, wearing the same T-shirts, hearing the same message—about teamwork, unity, success, focus and engagement—all aided by having a rock band on hand to amp up the excitement with a UCH-specific parody. Yet another example of “Celebrating the Spirit!”
