Trinity and Trinity Community at Fairborn (formerly Patriot Ridge) Communities Gains New Medical Director

medical-director(Dayton)—Trinity Community, Beavercreek, and Trinity Community at Fairborn (formerly Patriot Ridge), Fairborn, both United Church Homes Communities have appointed new medical director, Dr. Jodi Sperber, D.O. United Church Homes is a not-for-profit providing housing and healthcare, primarily to seniors, responsive to the needs of the whole person and based on Christian values.

With an undergraduate in biology from Wright State University, Dr. Sperber went on to attend medical school at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) and completed a traditional osteopathic internship at Grandview Hospital.

After graduation, Dr. Sperber began her career in Dayton. Her prior experience at Greene Memorial Hospital (GMH) included advanced responsibilities such as Hospitalist Section Chief, Medical Director of Greene Memorial Hospitalist services, and GMH Medical Director of Quality. She is currently the Associate Medical Director of the MVH team, and has been Medical Director of Hospice of Miami Valley since 2008. Dr. Sperber has a special interest in managing chronically ill patients and has a strong compassion for the care of senior patients.

Dr. Sperber is a Greene County native and lives in Xenia with her husband and their two daughters.
