United Church Homes Names Two New Board Members

United Church Homes recently welcomed two new members to its board of directors.

Rev. Robert Tussing is from Lima, Ohio, and graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He felt a call to ministry and earned his Master of Divinity degree at the Pacific School of Religion, a United Church of Christ seminary in Berkeley, California.

Robert currently serves as the senior minister at Dublin Community Church UCC in Dublin, Ohio. He and his wife, Marty, have taught in Zambia for the United Church Board for World Ministries and the United Church of Zambia. He has also served as moderator of the CSE Ohio Association and has been secretary for the Ohio Conference board of directors.

He still feels called to the local pastorate, where so much of our ministry can begin. He feels it is an honor to be a part of people’s lives and see where the Spirit moves them.

Kathryn AnadeinRev. Kathryn Anadein is the Association minister for the United Church of Christ’s Southwest Ohio-Northern Kentucky Association (SONKA). She has served with several association churches as an interim pastor and licensed minister. Kathryn is a graduate of the United Theological Seminary in Dayton. She was ordained by the United Church of Christ in 2002.

Prior to her seminary enrollment, Kathryn held various sales, administration and management positions. She is a 1976 graduate of the University of Detroit, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

“We are pleased to have new board members at United Church Homes and we look forward to their engagement in serving our unique ministry,” said Rev. Kenneth Daniel, president and CEO.
