United Church Homes Management to Manage Six Senior Living Communities Under New Agreement

Dayton, OH (Jan. 3, 2024) St. Mary Development Corporation and United Church Homes Management are pleased to announce a new management agreement that will take effect on January 1, 2024. Under this arrangement, United Church Homes Management will become the managing organization for six senior living communities.

The communities covered by this agreement include Hoover Cottages, Lofts at Hoover, Lyons Place I, Lyons Place II, McBride Place and Twin Towers Place located in Dayton, Ohio. This transition in management is designed to ensure the continued well-being and satisfaction of residents and their families, with no expected changes in daily life or the quality of care and services provided.

Both organizations are dedicated to creating safe, supportive and vibrant living environments for older adults, and this new partnership reflects their commitment to this mission. United Church Homes Management brings a strong track record of excellence in senior living, with five communities of its own in the Dayton area.

As the transition date approaches, teams from both organizations are working closely together to ensure a smooth and seamless changeover. Residents and their families can expect continued access to high-quality care and services, maintaining the sense of community and comfort they have come to appreciate.

“We are excited about this new partnership with United Church Homes Management,” said Tim Bete, President of St. Mary Development Corporation. “Our residents’ well-being and satisfaction are paramount, and we are confident that this collaboration will enhance their living experience.”

“We are honored to have been chosen as the managing organization for these outstanding senior living communities,” said Dan Fagan, Vice President of Care and Housing at United Church Homes. “We look forward to maintaining and building upon the strong sense of community and care that these properties are known for.”
