United Church Homes Management Expands Portfolio with
Three New Additions
Marion, OH (Aug. 29, 2023) United Church Homes Management, a subsidiary of United Church Homes, continues to experience significant growth, adding nearly 300 units to its management portfolio since January 2023. This expansion includes the management of three distinguished communities: Wexner Heritage Village in Columbus, Ohio; The Northridge in North Ridgeville, Ohio; and Friends Fellowship Community in Richmond, Indiana.
Wexner Heritage Village, located in the heart of Columbus, Ohio, offers a dynamic and enriching environment, steeped in Jewish faith, for residents seeking a vibrant senior living community. With its dedication to quality care and exceptional service, Wexner Heritage Village aligns seamlessly with United Church Homes Management’s commitment to creating thriving communities for older adults.
In North Ridgeville, Ohio, the addition of The Northridge brings a renewed sense of community and potential for its clients. Friends Fellowship Community, nestled in Richmond, Indiana, now benefits from the partnership with UCH Management with a focus on marketing. This latest expansion underscores United Church Homes Management’s ongoing efforts to extend its reach and make a positive impact on the lives of older adults across different communities. United Church Homes Management currently manages 20 senior living communities in seven U.S. states, providing a variety of services to affordable housing, independent living, middle market and continuing care communities.
UCH Management has seen significant growth, expanding its portfolio by 38 percent over the last three years.
