As a resident of David’s Way Affordable Senior Living Community, you will pay only 30 percent of your adjusted monthly income for rent. All utilities are included in the rent with the exception of telephone and cable television. Each apartment has a deadbolt lock, smoke detectors, and fire-resistant construction. Also, there is a lighted parking area for your convenience.

David’s Way, provides apartments for persons age 62 years or older; or physically handicapped or mobility impaired.

As a resident of David’s Way, you will pay only 30% of your adjusted monthly income for rent. All utilities (except phone and cable) are included in the rent.

Canal Winchester, Ohio

Formerly called Winchester, Canal Winchester was founded in 1802 by Henry Dove. The Ohio Canal played a large part in the village’s history. Construction of the canal began in 1827, and the first bridge across the canal, built on wooded abutments, was located on High Street. In 1840, stone abutments were added and a covered bridge with double driveways was erected. The first newspaper, Winchester Times, was established in 1871.
