Laurel’s Edge Affordable Senior Living Community, located in Kennesaw, Ga., is professionally managed and sponsored by United Church Homes, Inc., located in Marion, Ohio. The community was financed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Section 202 Capital Advance program. UCC XV, Inc., owner of Laurel’s Edge, is incorporated as a nonprofit organization.
Laurel’s Edge provides apartments for persons age 62 years or older; accessible apartments available. As a resident of Laurel’s Edge, you will pay only 30% of your adjusted monthly income for rent.
