Our cottage residents enjoy space and privacy, as well as the accessibility of amenities on our campus, including walking paths, community gardens and restaurant-style dining. Friends and neighbors are steps away. Independent living residents at Chapel Hill enjoy all the benefits of a home while our staff takes care of interior and exterior maintenance.

Our two-bedroom cottages are equipped with all appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Gas, electric and water utilities are included for every cottage. Leave the lawn care and snow removal to us!

Chapel Hill is a warm and inviting community where we welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds. Many residents find comfort in knowing our community includes a chapel and full-time chaplain.

We’ve earned the silver certification in SAGECare, a cultural training program that ensures we improve care and meet the needs of LGBT older adults. SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults.
