Fairhaven Community welcomes Dr. Itri Eren as the new medical director. Dr. Eren holds board certifications in internal medicine and geriatric medicine and has a specialty interest in long-term care. Dr. Eren earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Eren provides assisting physician services to patients receiving short-term acute and long-term chronic care at skilled nursing facilities and to residents of assisted living centers across western Cuyahoga, Lorain, Erie, Huron, Ottawa and Sandusky counties.
