Trinity Community at Fairborn (formerly Patriot Ridge) is a smaller, close-knit assisted living and healthcare community located in Fairborn, Ohio. Many veterans call Trinity Community at Fairborn home, as our senior living community is the only one in Fairborn with a Veterans Affairs contract. We are proud to provide comfortable accommodations and healthcare services for older adults including assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, short-term Fast Track Rehab and memory care.

Many who visit, work and live here comment that our community feels like family. Rusty and Riley are the community’s canine ambassadors who welcome visitors and spend time with staff and residents who all take part in the dogs’ care. An aviary with doves, finches and other songbirds provides another connection to animals and nature.

Residents, staff and visitors love the unique layout and cleanliness of the community. Indoor and outdoor courtyards, water features and walking paths provide tranquil places for quiet reflection or spaces to visit with friends. Because mealtimes provide opportunities to dine and socialize with other residents, Trinity Community at Fairborn has a community dining room that’s open to all residents, with buffet style and a la carte options available. Friends, family members and pets are welcome to visit at any time.

Our community is open and welcoming to people of all faiths and backgrounds. Many residents find comfort in knowing our community includes a full-time chaplain.

We’ve earned the gold certification in SAGECare, a cultural training program that ensures we improve care and meet the needs of LGBT older adults. SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults.

Fairborn was established nearly 70 years ago. A historical downtown, vast parks system and Wright State University, as well as proximity to Dayton, makes Fairborn an attractive community for all ages and diverse interests. Fairborn is just minutes from Dayton and our sister community, Trinity at Beavercreek.

Trinity Community at Fairborn (formerly Patriot Ridge) sponsors the Fairborn Senior Center, so residents enjoy many activities with other older adults in the area. Trinity Community at Fairborn also participates in many community activities, hosting ice cream socials, family cookouts, an annual Halloween party and Camp Ageless, which pairs local children and older adults to spend time together during the day.

Trinity Community at Fairborn is Kettering Hospital’s preferred provider and also receives referrals from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for veterans who need inpatient or outpatient therapy services.

Trinity Community at Fairborn works with local academic institutions to provide training for students enrolled in state tested nursing assistant (STNA), registered nurse (RN) and licensed practical nurse (LPN) training programs.
