Intermissio: A Pause to Listen in a More Profound Way

Before the busy-ness of the holidays kicks in, take this time to pause together to listen and see in a deeper way. We will experience poetry, music, art, and wisdom writings, sharing periods of silence and words of reflection, attentive to the divine touch. Having done so, we will then take time to consider and discuss what we have found meaningful.

Wednesdays, 2:00 – 3:00 ET, Oct. 22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3 (four 60-min. classes)

Facilitator:  Dr. Steven Geitgey, adjunct faculty, Epiphany Academy of Formative Spirituality

Steve teaches and leads faith formation and spiritual direction groups in a variety of ecumenical settings.  He has a PhD from Duquesne University (focused on spiritual writings from the late medieval and early modern eras) as well as a post-graduate teaching certification in formative spirituality. In his spare time, Steve creates ambient music and enjoys experiencing the natural world.
