Trinity Community at Beavercreek is a Life Plan Community offering a choice of apartments or two-bedroom cottage homes on a beautifully landscaped campus. In addition to on-site social activities, fine dining and recreational programs, proximity to shopping and area amenities are vital components of all UCH independent living and Life Plan communities. If health needs change, independent living residents have have access to personal care services at Trinity Community at Miami Township and assisted living at our campuses in Beavercreek or Fairborn.

When living independently is no longer an option, Trinity Community at Beavercreek and Trinity Community at Fairborn offer private or shared assisted living accommodations. Suites are equipped with safety features and emergency alert systems.

Older adults can reserve a place for their short-term, rehabilitative therapy at Trinity Community at Beavercreek or Trinity Community at Fairborn. We call it Fast Track Rehab, but guests call it the quickest route back to the lives they love.

Whether an upcoming surgery is scheduled or life throws a curveball, Fast Track Rehab guests seamlessly transition from the hospital to the rehabilitation suite. Individualized care plans, nutritious meals, top-notch therapeutic staff and comfortable suites all contribute to the recovery process.

In the long-term care skilled nursing neighborhoods at Trinity Community at Beavercreek and Trinity Community at Fairborn, 24-hour care is provided under the supervision of a nursing staff and medical director.
